What does integration mean? It means processing and applying the insights and experiences gained during psychedelic plant journeys into our daily lives.
This can often be quite challenging, as learned behaviors, familiar patterns, and false beliefs can be deeply ingrained. Additionally, trauma unfolds and heals in its own time. Making changes requires both attention and patience
Keep in mind that the deeper meanings of a psychedelic or spiritual experience may unfold weeks or months later.
Integration coaching helps you process the experiences and insights, allowing you to develop new, healthy patterns that lead to more clarity and growth.

The session can a single meeting or more sessions. We’ll discuss your needs, any format is open.
If you’ve already had a psychedelic plant journey with me, we will focus on the elements where you’re facing challenges or need support
During the session, we will also focus on life experiences that have had an impact on you and may still be affecting you. This can help make patterns and your reactions to situations clearer.
After this we will return to your psychedelic experience and explore what needed to be processed, what you experienced and felt, and what made it challenging for you. It will deepen your understanding of your psychedelic experience.
You can also book an integration session with me even if you have not had a psychedelic plant ceremony with me. This includes sessions or ceremonies with psilocybin, chocobliss, psilohuasca or ayahuasca.
After registration via email, I will send you a detailed questionnaire, which will serve as a starting point for the integration session. Next we will schedule the session.

Integration requires more than just thinking back to the profound experience or the meaningful connections you made.
When you take integration just as seriously as the ceremony itself, it creates space for awareness and healthier choices in your life.
Important: while regular therapists can offer a lot, they often lack personal experience with deep plant medicine journeys and the altered states of consciousness that come with them.
