You are welcome from 3:30 pm. We will begin by sharing the intentions and needs. Thereafter there will be a thorough explanation, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions.
At the beginning of the evening the process journey will be ceremonially opened followed by a relaxation meditation (or another body-oriented exercise). Thereafter you’ll consume the magic mushrooms and lie down on your mattress. The psilocybin starts to take effect within more or less 20 to 40 minutes.
During this process, we will guide you alternated with singing, music, guitar, other instruments and sometimes a deep silence. Everything will be adjusted to what is needed in the moment. You are encouraged to fully experience all emotions;
With focus, attention and compassion, we are there for you. We create a safe space where you can comfortably explore your emotions, receiving new insights and enjoy self-love and a deep altered state of BEING.
You will slowly come back to yourself when you notice that the effects of the psilocybin begin to diminish. As the journey comes to an end we will close the ceremony together. After sharing a warm meal, which we’ll have around a campfire if the weather allows, it’s time to sleep.
The following day, you wake up at your own pace and enjoy the natural surroundings if you wish. Afterward, we will have breakfast followed by an integration session. During this session, you’ll share your experiences from the process journey.
This integration is crucial as it helps piece together insights and enables you to make more informed and healthier lifestyle choices. If needed, we will provide additional support to offer more clarity on your journey.
Listening to the stories of other participants can also be valuable, as their experiences may further illuminate your own insights.
Around 1:00 or 2:00 PM, we will say goodbye with a big hug.
Aftercare; I will follow up with you via email the following week to check in on how you’re doing. If you feel the need we plan a phone call to discuss your insights or any other challenging situations.
