What is a Plant Spirit Ceremony and How Does It Work?
A psychedelic plant ceremony is a profound inner journey. It invites you to turn inward, release old patterns, and open yourself to healing and expanded awareness. During the weekend, you’ll be gently and attentively guided through two evening ceremonies, held in a serene setting and supported by a warm and safe daily rhythm.
Before the Ceremony
We begin with an extended introduction. This is a moment to get to know one another, to share intentions, and to receive guidance about the plant spirits, integration therapy, and the path of inner awakening. There is space for all your questions.
After that, you change into comfortable clothing, and we prepare ourselves for the ceremony with a guided relaxation or centering practice. This helps you land in the moment and connect with your intention.
The Ceremony Itself
Each ceremony takes place in a peaceful, atmospheric space and lasts around six hours. You will be carried by music: carefully selected compositions, live guitar, voice, and instruments. All woven together to support your inward journey. Periods of silence are also part of the experience, allowing for deep feeling and integration.
Guidance Throughout the Journey
You are held and supported by experienced facilitators and therapists. When needed, we may use body-oriented or energetic techniques to assist your process. Such as tuning forks, rebirthing, gentle or focused therapeutic inquiry. Everything will be done in attunement with you.
After the Ceremony
After the ceremony, there is space to eat, rest, or go directly to sleep—whatever feels right for you.
Day Two
You are invited to move at your own pace in the morning. Take the time you need.
After breakfast, we gather for a group integration session. This is where you can share your experience and begin to give meaning to what emerged during the ceremony. Afterwards, we share lunch and allow time for rest or personal reflection.
Later in the day, we offer a preparatory practice to help you reconnect with your intention. Then, we open the second plant ceremony. Once again held in ritual, with music, presence, and loving support.
After the ceremony, there is time to eat, rest or sleep.
Day Three – Integration and Closure
After breakfast, we hold a second integration circle. This is a space for reflection, support, and insight. Connecting your inner experiences to your daily life and the patterns you may want to transform. After a final shared lunch, we close the weekend gently and consciously.
Aftercare
Our connection doesn’t end when the weekend does. I continue to support you through a personal integration process, tailored to your needs. This may include a one-on-one session and, if desired, deeper work through Leela therapy or coaching.
This ensures that what you’ve experienced can truly find ‘ground’ in your life. And that your growth or healing process can continue.
