- Spend more time in nature with cardio like walking or cycling.
- Try to minimize exposure to TV, mobile phones and laptops the week before ceremony. These are distractions.
- Give your body and mind more rest by; sleeping longer, skip busy social gatherings (such as birthdays and (work) events) the week before and be more on your own.
- Nutrition, focus on a plant-based diet. Include soups, vegetable dishes, steamed meals, hearty salads and fruits.
- Instead of consuming daily bread daily, opt for cooked grains such as oatmeal, rice, millet, quinoa, and buckwheat and have a soup for lunch.
