The 3-day Plant Spirit ceremony was a unique and beautiful experience! Our preparation call had already a big impact on me. The ceremony took place in a stunning location with a relaxed atmosphere. I immediately felt at ease with the other participants and with the facilitators, Carlijn, Rianne, and Jan-Willem.

The first evening was tough. It felt like a battle against everything I had learned, everything that had become rigid in my thinking. I really needed that first evening to break free from it all. Afterwards it was exactly what I needed. The integration sessions with you and the loving support of the fellow participants helped me start my second journey feeling more relaxed. I dared to surrender and felt safe. A lot came up like sadness and fear, as well as answers to questions I had.
After that night, I immediately felt like a different person. It was as if a heavy burden had been lifted from me. And even in the days that followed, I found more peace, I can better let go of certain situations, and everything became clearer. I’m not there yet, but I’m so glad I started this process.
